If the criteria apply, e-mail your business plan with an executive summary to AHV@ascensionhealth.org. All submissions are treated with utmost confidentiality.
Business Plan Criteria
To ensure timely and adequate consideration, a business plan or executive summary should contain the following information.
- Company Name and Location
- Description of the Product, Service or Technology
- Assessment of Market and Competition
- Management Team and Backgrounds
- Summary Historical and Projected Financial Statements
- Capitalization History (Amounts and Investors)
- Investment Structure (Round Size, Proposed Valuation)
